… 1 Cor. 13 is the famous ‘love chapter’ , writing things like
“love hopes and believes all things : prophecies will fail ,
and (speaking in-) tongues will cease : but love will endure forever” ;
right ?
.. not so ; sorry .
a number of terms appearing in this chapter are
‘prophecy’, ‘tongue (=language)’, ‘mystery’, ‘knowledge’ and ‘to understand’ —
causing a huge , huge red Flag to appear in front of us :
we saw that much of the NT is ‘good enough’ ,
but we know that Esau wanted to root out every connection to the OT prophets ;
therefore it warranted looking into these pages ;
theme of this [-partial] 13
- part I : describing “how love will be found – when prophets will be understood”
… first he terms it as “the (olden-) belief”
of which a main character is ‘love’ ,
and he uses the latter to show the PROMISE after the understanding ; - part II : describing how their message will be found
… by the ones who will nót “think (=’read’) like a child”, sic ;
how Paul carefully built up this theme [from 12 – into 13 + 14]
… very likely this one started already from previous chapter 12 line 27 ,
running on into the – extremely – corrupted next chapter 14 ;
… in previous chapter 12 (line 10) he stárted already ,
by using the roots “discerning + interpretation + language (‘tongue’)” ;
while from line 27 onward he begins anew a sub (=second) buildup
using certain subsequential timeframes ,
and the last line of chapter 12 writes :
(hR) : “eagerly seek ! – [=for] – the – [..] great – gift ,
and=as – [..] (a-) surpassing – (..one..) – I (will) show – you : “
(then this chapter follows)
… while next 14 will present the conclusion ;
type corruption here :
now ,
Esau smartly turned the context upside down in this one :
he made the sub-theme (‘the love’) to become the MAIN theme ,
to can mutilate the real main theme : the understanding of prophets – to FIND love ! ;
moreover ,
in next 14 he spun further on this corruption , introducing “speaking in tongues” ,
which we however identify as a babbling which the soul can’t understand –
and that should be ‘from God’..? , needing óther people to “go interpret” that … ? ;
it is plain Sorcery – period ,
and totally Diametral against the call “to go understand prophets” ,
which the soul has to do – because only she can hear the intended words !
(see also chapter 14 why ‘speaking in tongues’ is not from God) ;
type corruptions : rather grave (and ch.14 is almost impossible grave….) ;
yet our track record is very good
and we declare that the context of this chapter13 is 100% restored
used and/or dismissed Greek text + roots :
… we FIRST care that the cóntext makes Sense and is comprehensible —
but because of readability we skipped showing the interlinear
and have not explained each single corruption here ;

13 [deleted] | [<< a straw line by Esau , sustained by his prévious corruption (line 7) : Paul mentioned how love includes many aspects , then Esau comes with his Vague triplet line (=to cover up the theme) as “believe and hope and endures all things” : though that is true – it is NOT PART of the running theme , because Paul’s buildup was to show how truth is lacking ! ; so , Esau returns here upon a line he himsélf has inserted , previously : first , to make sure that his theme would be followed , but also to disguise the context of line 1 of ch.14 : the continued theme |
