this is one of the rare instances where the theme “carved image”
is not related to denote the spirit-bodies which Adam makes for them ;
the ‘(out of-) the heathens’ :
directly related to ‘the carved images’ — “heathens” we apply to all that
is not the (post-) christian West , where the book Zephaniah tells how
a large part of the heathens are corrupt-adm-souls or even animal-souls
(whereby we leave out the Esau factor for now) ;
their ‘conditions’ :
… they are not asked “to understand the scroll” like you and we are ,
but to be humble (-souls) that desire to be free from this body —
however Esau has covered up well this subject ;

‘I am the first and the last’ :
… because the theme is ‘the completion of the 144’ it simply means
that “there is no difference between the groups” (read: we and them) ,
since the Attribute of each single one is for the good of everybody ;

thus says IEUE that will save you
and will form you into his likeness :
I will help you , therefore do not fear ,
because I chose you to belong to the remnant of Ishral (‘144’) ;
