two Timelines are in play now –
the Jerusalem-group who went in exile ,
and here the remnant of Judah who is scared
and decided to flee to Egypt
(in spite God told them (in 42) to nót do that ;
in these chapters ,
the remnant of Judah will represent the souls
who live on earth in the éndtime (Revelation) ;
part II :
as the double prophecy ,
linking the remnant Judah to the endtime ;
(the gemstones which Jeremiah hid at the palace
were found by Flinders Petrie in his excavations ! ,
