Ez. 5 : the ‘judgment day’
of Revelation announced :
the invitation to go belong
to the 144,000
[2021–mar.1]
(eindtijd – goed leesbaar)

chapter theme    [within Ez.1-10]

… after describing the eden-situation (ch.1+2)
chapter 3 and 4 juxtapose that situation to “this earth” ;
… in previous 4 also the theme of “our type body” is introduced ,
yet as a most Negative concept — and this 5 continues the same theme

the core message here is “our type body defiles our [eden-] soul”
(since this body is not made by God) ,
and souls who search for God’s other reality will have understood this –
therefore they will be rescued from judgment day ;
… a second theme here is that BY those souls having returned to God ,
they cause the start of Revelation – because He will act upon that understanding ;

(type-) corruptions : we could call it ‘strategic corruptions’ ;
yet part II was rather heavy corrupted
while in part III we had to delete 4 lines as Esau’s additions ;
considered what we know so far , chapter is 100% contextually restored

1-2
vervolg : … de ‘dag des oordeels’ als Openbaring wordt geprofeteerd :
and·you son-of human take-you ! for·you sword sharp razor-of the·barbers
you-shall-take·her to·you and·you-pass on head-of·you and·on beard-of·you
and·you-take for·you scales-of weight and·you-apportion·them
(2)
third in·the·light you-shall-consume in·midst-of the·city as·to-fulfill-of days-of
the·siege and-you-take the·third you-shall-smite in·the·sword round-about·her
and·the·third you-shall-toss to·the·wind and·sword I-shall-unsheath after·them

And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a barber’s razor, and cause [it]
to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide
the [hair]. Thou shalt burn with fire a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of
the siege are fulfilled: and thou shalt take a third part, [and] smite about it with a knife:
and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind; and I will draw out a sword after them.

  • continued : … the ‘judgment day’ as Revelation is prophecised :

line ,

  • [=’the “three trials” when the judgment day starts :
    we need to keep it connected to next chapter 6 (=described in more detail there) ,
    while here we’d need to find “sensible actions” instructed to Ezekiel   —
    2) the ‘siege against earth’ ,
    as incredible as it sounds : but as “God’s war to have his imprisoned souls back” ;
    this is NOT related to “souls having accepted Christ” ,
    but to “souls understanding God’s other reality”                     (as theme of ch. 5-10)
    3) line 3 , ‘kindle with light’,
    why do we get the connotation “zapping with light” …?
    (this is not the same ‘burned by fire’ as in line 4 !) ;
    line :]

1 (..now..) (athe=oth) , son of – the adm-man ,

5-6-7
… omdat de 144,000 God’s andere werkelijkheid zullen ontdekken :
thus he-says my-Lord ieue this Jerusalem in·midst-of the·nations I-placed·her
and·round-about·her lands
(6)

Thus saith the Lord GOD; This [is] Jerusalem: I have set it in the midst of the nations
and countries [that are] round about her. And she hath changed my judgments into
wickedness more than the nations, and my statutes more than the countries that [are]
round about her: for they have refused my judgments and my statutes, they have not
walked in them. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye multiplied more than
the nations that [are] round about you, [and] have not walked in my statutes, neither
have kept my judgments, neither have done according to the judgments of the nations
that [are] round about you;

  • context : … because the 144,000 will discover God’s reality :

line,

  • [=’Esau was determined to make it into some “Jerusalem in the midst of the nations”,
    but the theme ‘hair’ (as “personal”) combined with the running topic of chapter 4-10
    totally rule out that possibility ;
    2) the buildup here :                                                                [section was very corrupted]
    sons are tried (line 4) ,
    sons understand they need to return (line 6b here)
    therefore God will save them from judgment day (line 7b)
    and in next part III the óther souls will be addressed
    (the ‘purifying theme’ is the same as the “recompense” in last 10 chapters of Is.) ;
    3) it is ofcourse possible that Esau has switched terms we haven’t spotted ,
    yet it shows clear enough that the main theme is “they understood the covenant” ;
    line :]

5 thus – says – myLord – IEUE :
(..the few..) (zth=mot) (are)       +

that=as – (..the covenant ? [=’why not?’] ..) – they (have) – (..+not..) – rejected ;
and – they wálked – (..according to..) (la=ol) – my ordinance [=’law’] ;

7 therefore – thus – says – myLord – IEUE :
