Is. 30+31: (III) who will understand my words ?
woe to the many
rejecting the report
II – III Legal Draft :
graphic description of the
tribulation (Rev,14:20)
[2020–dec.31]
(eindtijd – goed leesbaar)

situation right now :

… previous chapter ended with “the sons having read that earth will go dark”,
and that “those who will be left behind will be so by their own doing” ;
now ,
the narrative explains to the latter why they will have been left behind
– namely by rejecting the restored prophets which the sons found –
and part II and III describe the awful events which will happen to the deniers ;

Esau’s cursed corruptions :

… Esau – ofcourse – saw the text and understood it ,
and again went into overdrive to corrupt it as much as possible :
though we succeeded to restore part I as solid followup of previous chapter
(see below) ,
we are hurt , as often ,
that we cannot restore more for you but the general context (of II and III) ,
hence we have simply no other option as classifying it is Legal Draft :
we know
that God now tells the believers the consequence of rejecting restored prophets ,
but these sections are so deeply corrupted that we can only use our gut feeling
to try repair what was really said there ;
… yet , considered our track record , we are sure of the general context ;

this chapter : part I : corruptions :

… remember – the proper theme runs on after previous chapter 29 ;
therefore Esau added 7 lines right at the start , using ‘Egypt’ as deflection ,
as totally non-sensical lines (see annex A)
which he repeated in Is. 31 – as 7 lines ! (see annex B) —
then he apparently ran out of fantasy
and invented a separate line about “the beasts of the south” (line 6 here) ;
you will see we deleted his nonsense ,
and tried to restore a solid and palpable bridge to this chapter ;

part I : theme :

… after the end of 29 , a solid and congruent continuance must follow ,
because the theme is now ‘the sons’ versus ‘believers in general’
the latter telling the sons ,
“your view is dangerous – because you leave Christ out of the equation” ,
but they are wrong in thinking that (and see Is. 28) ;

part II and III

… so deeply corrupted that we could only restore sections —
yet considered the entire context God must tell what the tribulation will be
for the ones who refused the restored version , and will be left behind ;
telling that “he will not listen to them” (as attested in many prophets) ,
while in this chapter
(we gather that) the people “will see and hear the hostile spirits” – the 200 million ,
including “the great slaughter”, as allusion to the Revelation 14:20 line

conclusion :

… in spite of Esau’s enormous corruptions
we consider the general restored context as sound ;
while chapter 31 must be the corrupted closing of this chapter 30 (see below) ;

    (and indeed we often heared this main accusation ) ,

    3) the term “holy one of [eden-] Ishral” is in next 12 – so Esau illegally copied that here ;

    the “winepress” in Rev. 14 does not necessarily mean “God’s angels kill” ,
    neither does ‘the sickle army’ (in that same chapter) prove that    —
    it is possible that the sickle army depicts “the oath the people will make”
    (after which the body will die)

    the “making the oath” is apparently not mentioned here – like in other chapters –

situation :
… the theme was congruently leading up to ‘the slaughter’ :
what could be a logical theme in the closing section ?

… it is hardly possible that something “worse” could follow ‘the slaughter’ ;
therefore , since the chapter started with “reading the word correctly”
we opted that now ‘a warning’ must follow – to reject Esau’s corrupted version
(which is the reason the latter went in overdrive again !) ;

… we had to dismiss lines 26-33 of this chapter (see annex B , a total of 7 lines) ,
containing themes which absolutely do not match the context , so far ;

the COLOSSAL type corruptions [like in sun-chapters 40-66]
we simply could not have spotted before ;

A)

Is.30 , lines 2-7 :

(2)
That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth;
to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!
(.. as deflection ,
to immediately disguise the real theme ;
line is virtually the same as next Is. 31:1 (showing the chapters belonged together !)

(3)
Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame,
and the trust in the shadow of Egypt [your] confusion.
(.. mmm..)

(4)
For his princes were at Zoan, and his ambassadors came to Hanes.
(..cheap copy of Is. 31:9
also ‘princes’ but there ‘tsiun’ instead of ‘tsoan’ ;
remember the back-to-back type reading..)

(5)
They were all ashamed of a people [that] could not profit them,
nor be an help nor profit, but a shame, and also a reproach.
(..copy of Is. 31:3 ,
by reason of the same back-to-back reading..)

(6)
The burden of the beasts of the south: into the land of trouble and anguish,
from whence [come] the young and old lion, the viper and fiery flying serpent,
they will carry their riches upon the shoulders of young asses, and their treasures
upon the bunches of camels, to a people [that] shall not profit [them].
(.. now 20+ type animals
because his fantasy ran out – we had two chapters ago the false
burden ‘in the days of Ahaz’, and this is another one..)

(7)
For the Egyptians shall help in vain, and to no purpose:
therefore have I cried concerning this, Their strength [is] to sit still.
(..spacefilling..)

B)

Is. 30 , 26-33 : lines following upon ‘the day of slaughter’ :

(26)
Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun
shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up
the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.
(.. sounds mystical
but what does it mean – and why would this happen after the slaughter ?
it seems more like Esau’s attempt to quickly deviate from the topic ,
while root -chmmh is negative , derived from ‘heat, fury’)

(27)
Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning [with] his anger, and the burden
[thereof is] heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:
(..expanding upon ‘heat’ ;
why would this follow the ‘healing’ in 26 ? and who is the victim ?)

(28)
And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck,
to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity:
and [there shall be] a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing [them] to err.
(..’sieve of vanity’ ?
the ‘breath’ after lips and tongue is a bit cheap)

(29)
Ye shall have a song, as in the night [when] a holy solemnity is kept;
and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe
to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel.
(… okay..)

(30)
And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting
down of his arm, with the indignation of [his] anger, and [with] the flame of a devouring fire,
[with] scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

(31)
For through the voice of the LORD
shall the Assyrian be beaten down, [which] smote with a rod.
(..see Is. 31:8 , also corrupt ;
when Esau runs out of fantasy he always comes up with ‘the Assyrian’)

(32)
And [in] every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the LORD shall lay upon him,
[it] shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it.
(.. we don’t even trý to understand it.)

(33)
For Tophet [is] ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared;
he hath made [it] deep [and] large: the pile thereof [is] fire and much wood;
the breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.
