Jes. 41
theme : the eden-sun (2 of 3)                           [belonging to “the eden-land” series]
part 1 and 3 are Isaiah 40 and 42

see diagrams in Is. 42 ,
how they made théir sun above (original) paradise ,
and how – in turn – the eden-sun will revolve again in the wilderness north ;
+ see annex (as log 5 november) at end

… this chapter originally followed upon the “eden-land” theme ,
but was deliberately misplaced (and deeply corrupted)  —
Esau suggested that the theme here is ‘500 BC’ (=after chapter 39) ;

we are sure that the subject is “the eden-sun” – as in 40 + next 42 ,
because of the buildup (ch.34 – this solarsystem ; ch.35 – wilderness restored) ;
yet the section “the eden-land” he placed at the énd of Isaiah ,
so we do not know yet which chapter preceded this one
(since that must include a hint as the start of this theme here) ;

2) also , we are rather sure about the changes (=restoration) , see ‘theme’ next ,
but Esau’s excessive corruption – because of the important topic ! –
forces us to have this chapter as “legal draft” (hence another colouring) ;

theme :
… we’ve not seen this before : 3 chapters having the same theme and buildup   –
the ‘thrice’ is exceptional , used as “read close !” and also as “utter promise” :
what it says here (and in 40 and 42) is that
if we declare the (existence of) the eden sun , this sun (of us) goes dark !!
or , correct , God will make our present sun to go dark ;

he gave [them] as the dust to his sword, [and] as driven stubble to his bow. He pursued them,

after above line 16 this section is ‘closed’ , completed  —
now the theme should become “declare you , sons, so I will act” (like in 40 and 42) ,
in a maximum of 2 lines
(see how these two lines are hidden inside the 10 false lines – below ,
as many lines which were added just like in chapter 40)

… next lines 18-29 (!) are so corrupt that it’s difficult to spot which one is solid   –
when we see how he also garbled-up lines in the manner of the above 15-16-17 ,
it is simply impossible to translate any further :

… therefore we have no other option as to legally declare
that our interpretation is correct – conform context of chapter 40 and 42 (and 54=43)
in a maximum of 2 lines – so virtually 10 lines were added here , just like in ch.40 ;

end of Is. 41

below : the corrupt section :

(line 18) I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys:
I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water
(is really a bit overdone , “springs + waters + pools + rivers + fountains” ,
but see how Esau knew the theme was “the eden-sun now placed north”)

(line 19) I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and
the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, [and] the pine, and the box tree together:
(but this 19 tops that – almost as many trees as the number of lines he added, grin)

(line 20) That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together,
that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.
(now could have started the “understanding – then – recreating” section)

(line 21) Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong [reasons],
saith the King of Jacob.
(…but now he turns it into an “enemies VS God” theme : but whó is ‘the enemy’ ?)

(line 22) Let them bring [them] forth, and shew us what shall happen: let them shew
the former things, what they [be], that we may consider them, and know the latter end
of them; or declare us things for to come.
(this one mentions the “declaring – then will happen – the next” , as in 40 + 42 ,
but the line so much stands on her own that we can’t fit her in)

(line 23) Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye [are] gods:
yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold [it] together.
(now he extends previous line)

(line 24) Behold, ye [are] of nothing, and your work of nought:
an abomination [is he that] chooseth you.
(now as bizarre extending)

(line 25) I have raised up [one] from the north, and he shall come: from the rising of
the sun shall he call upon my name: and he shall come upon princes as [upon] morter,
and as the potter treadeth clay.
(nonsense line)

(line 26) Who hath declared from the beginning, that we may know? and beforetime,
that we may say, [He is] righteous? yea, [there is] none that sheweth, yea, [there is]
none that declareth, yea, [there is] none that heareth your words.
(pathetic – including the type syntax)

(line 27) The first [shall say] to Zion, Behold, behold them: and I will give to Jerusalem
one that bringeth good tidings.
(this line is even too much for the commentaries, grin)

(line 28) For I beheld, and [there was] no man; even among them, and [there was]
no counsellor, that, when I asked of them, could answer a word.
(you know that reading these lines is like reading the Mahabharata ..? ;
constantly changing and totally unclear events containing Vague subjects ;
therefore we have dismissed the Mahabharata (see index) , same is true here !)

(line 29) Behold, they [are] all vanity; their works [are] nothing:
their molten images [are] wind and confusion.
(copied from his 24)

total number of intact (=valid) lines : 29 minus 10,11 = about 18 lines
