as the day that Eve is accepted so that ‘trumpet’ must be a day ; [3 yrs + … theme] [and see Lk.4] [overview of 59 : Eve addressed] [version ; 2023-10oct.9- ] |
— chapter in progress —
status :
part I :
lines 1-5 : restored , and very likely all correct — as intro ;
that this chapter begins rather sudden with “the trumpet” may be because
with this chapter starts the conclusion of the book Isaiah ;
line 5 ends with the (half of the-) famous Jubilee quote (5b) ;
line 6 : the rest of the Jubilee line ,
followed by part II :
but here starts the problem , in combination with Isaiah 61 :
Is.58 Is.61
(5b-6) the Jubilee line (1-2) the Jubilee line
(12) the sons rebuild Eden (4) the sons rebuild Eden (verbatim)
now please — the Isaiah 61 contains relative few lines
rendering it very possible that chapter 61 indeed was the closing of this (Eve-) Jubilee theme ;
yet we have some problems until that page :
A)
… the thoughtline may have been
(in 58) “the prisoner (Eve) will be freed , and you will rebuild Eden” — as a conditional phrasing ,
(in 61) “now the prisoner (Eve) will be freed [etc]” :
we agree it may seem a bit searched but this appears to be the only option ;
B)
… unlike in the NT Jubilee chapters Luke 4 and John 12
in Isaiah the complete story of “Adam having made the Nile” must have followed this 58:1-6 ,
and indeed there is (enough-) text between 58 and 61 — however , it is too much text ;
implying that probably chapter 59 + 60 were inserted in between by Esau
[knowing how , in Isaiah , he swapped entire chapters across three of four positions (=chapters) ] ;
C)
greatest problem : recovering the text (-of B) :
… chapter 59 still is very unclear
while 60 is about “the restored eden land” – and should therefore have followed 61 ;
looking for terms that could confirm the ‘Nile theme’ in this 58 we perhaps have “matrix dawn” (8) ,
“darkness (-for eden?” (10) , “(stolen eden-) waters” (11) , “(he-) built (-the matrix land)” (in 12 ,
which could explain that Is.61:4 must be the JUXTA) ;
however ,
what we still lack here is the entire narrative of “Eve rejecting Adam”
D)
hypothetical interpretation of 59 :
… the chapter is so utterly Bizarre – especially the “spiders section” 5-8 – that it cóuld be Eve :
(1-2) said to Eve (?) , but needs an addressee ,
(3-4) about “Jacob not knowing about her” (?) because of the “lies” of the KJV (?) ,
(5-6) as “because Esau worked for Adam” and “concealed (-you)” (?)
as “the deed of lawlessness” (?) ,
(8-9) therefore “(Jacob-) does not know about (-you)” (?) and “there is no justice” (?) ,
and “(YOU-) wait for light” (?) — the ‘waiting’ is appropriate ! ,
(10) the turnaround (?) :
as “(the sons of Ishral will not-) stumble” (?) ,
(11) the “justice” and “salvation” “will (NOT) be far away” (?) ,
(12) as “(THEY-) will testify (my-) sins=words (to) us=you” ,
(13) and “(you-) will speak (-them)” , and “uttering=withdraw [+your] heart” (?) ,
(16) the “there-is-no man” is elsewhere (at least twice) said ‘of Adam’ after he died ;
(17) [seems added by Esau]
(20) as “the redeemer=remnant (144) will come to tsiun” and then “Jacob” ,
(21) is curious :
the line may be almost right as “my covenant with [=you] (Eve)” combined with “your descendants” ;
conclusion :
… considering the available roots, the buildup of the theme to judgment and the positioning
of this chapter it is very probable that this is about Eve ; another interesting aspect is that we
only had one chapter – so far – where she is addressed , though just in two or three lines
[in the corrupt “teach your sisters how to lament”] so that we just established a cross-reading
Isaiah 58
[next 1 :
1 is the intro of line 2 and both are about ‘the understood scroll’ ,

note :
… in b) we doubted whether it can have specified ‘Eve’, but though “your first mother”
is a proper description of her in prophets , perhaps that would be “too rudimentary” here
in order for US to understand the subject – hence it is probable that ‘Eve’ was added ;
in f) ,
the “I will rescue her as the day I rescue you” is fairly sure now after several chapters and see 4 d ,
while the “delight” usually refers to “(God-) delighting that the scroll is understood”]
