Mal. 2        (2:1-10 + 4: 1-6)
the 144 to understand the Gate
     then the day of IEUE starts

   (Esau invented Mal. 2: 11-17)
 [final version ; 2022-05may.14]

observations before translating :
hopelessly corrupted ;
– in chapter 1 [=also corrupt] the ‘gate theme’ is addressed ;
– in next chapter 3 Christ seems to return for those who did NOT investigate ,
– then , by context ,
    in this 2 the 144 must wake up — remember the subtheme remains “the gate” :

Malachi 2  (ch. 2: 1-10 + ch. 4: 1-6)

related chapters : Jeremiah 9 , Isaiah 20+21 and others
corruptions : very grave ; Esau saw the dangerous theme ;

the 144 need to understand what has been written – and the covenant as promise :
1-4
 And now, O ye priests, this commandment [is] for you. If ye will not hear,
and if ye will not lay [it] to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts,
I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay [it] to heart. Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung
upon your faces, [even] the dung of your solemn feasts; and [one] shall take you away with it.
And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you,  that my covenant
might be with Levi, saith the LORD of hosts

note :
… it didn’t make sense “that God immediately started to threaten”
so that is Esau’s corruption — and note the dirty type mind he has ;

next – required : the gate theme :

5-7
My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him [for] the fear wherewith
he feared me, and was afraid before my name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity
was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from
iniquity. For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth:
for he [is] the messenger of the LORD of hosts.

note :
… we tried to maintain as many facets possible concerning ‘cross-reading’ ;
see for the context in above 7 also Jeremiah 9 ;

next – ‘but you did not know this – because of corruptions’  :

8-9
But ye are departed out of the way; ye have caused many to stumble at the law; ye have corrupted
the covenant of Levi, saith the LORD of hosts. Therefore have I also made you contemptible and base
before all the people, according as ye have not kept my ways, but have been partial in the law.

                                                                                      part II

              we’d need Malachi 4 now (6 lines) — because Esau invented the rest of this chapter :

the problem :
… the next 7 lines in this chapter make absolutely No Sense    —
we are now at the apotheosis of ’the 144 discovering the words – and the promise attached to that’
yet Esau wants us to believe that now the theme is “Judah and a woman of his youth” ,
while Malachi 4 – only 6 lines – múst fit here ;

first a transitional theme : ’the fathers’ (= the Reformation) (?) :
… in line 10 here the root ‘father’ remained ,
while Mal. 4:6 is the line “turn the heart of the children to the fathers” :
the latter is also used in Jeremiah where the subtheme is “the wrong translation during the Reformation”
and that could FIT within this chapter — closing with “saved from the day of IEUE”  (Mal. 4)

about Esau’s corrupt lines here :
– so we still could use the by him maimed line 10 , showing ‘father’ ,
– but all the other lines are such a “closed whole” per syntax , roots and theme
    that we cannot discover even óne root which could have been part of an original theme ;
– line 13 : in another prophets it writes “… you make my altar wet with your tears ,
    but the only thing I want from you is your gift” , i.e. ’to go understand prophets’   —
    this line would be Valid but does not fit anymore after previous 9 in part I , see above

                                                                             restoring scripture and the family-tree (-of souls) :
[attempt – but seems solid :]
10
Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man
against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

[Mal. 4:1 :]
1
For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly,
shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

note :
… it’s important that we won’t forget the main sub-theme  —
1) it says “straw” so we are in their evil region now ,
2) the “like an oven” see Revelation , but also the prophets chapter where the 7 Torches
      are saved who then burn the whole gate region with fire ;
3) last sub-line f precedes the juxtaposition in next line 2 ,
      and for “tearing down their gate’ see Isaiah 20+21 chapter ;

2-3
But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings;
and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for
they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do [this], saith the LORD of hosts.

note :
line 2) : there is no “sun with wings” in the text here :
                BUT the egyptian depiction of their gate indeed WAS like that ;
line 2) : the ‘wing’ : also “end (-of the land)” but intended was “above” ;
line 2) : no “calves” here but the proper attribute of the 144 is “eagles” ; :

                               [4 and 5 can be a repeat of the promise in a syntax

4-5
