‘Temptation of Christ’ is ‘the Aftermath of Weeks’ : Christ defies Adam 3 times [+the 1 mnth (40 ds) theme] [modified 8/6 : intro to Mk.7] [version ; 2023-07jul.07-8] |
[added 6 aug]
slight modification of the themes [-of the three trials]
… after having found that Mk.7 (Mt.15) was the likely continuation of the event here
we cannot escape looking once again the attempt as ‘first version’ —
that is no shame , at all : to know what the original text may have said the most important
is ‘to have a workable idea as subject’ while the same time “recognizing Greek roots”
[and we are no Greek] combined with “spotting Esau’s favourite corruptions [-in Greek]” :
we continually learn – and the first version was quite acceptable
A)
key context : ‘Adam trying to bargain with Christ’ :
… this remains unchanged : Adam would have offered Him aspects wherewith ‘the war’
could – perhaps – have been ended sooner or in another way , with Adam’s main goal that
he would not die ofcourse [-like aforesaid in prophets] , but Christ refused ;
B)
the three trials : #1 the sceptre , #2 Eve , #3 ‘cooperation with Adam’ (?)
… we had ‘the stone in bread’ as intro to ‘the sceptre’ [‘the heavenly stone tablet’]
and the third as ‘the cooperation’ , having been unaware of the Eve theme at that time :
she must have been trial #3 since Eve is the kryptonite for Adam ;
[attempts :]
and please remember that we can trust absolutely nothing of what Esau wrote ;
considered the sequence of the trials :
we’ve adapted them yet even Lk.4 and Mt.4 themsélves have a different lineup :
[KJV 2 : may have written “and he fasted” – but not as intro to ‘bread’ in 3 !]
#1
[=KJV trial #2 :]
(KJV 5)
“showed him all the kingdoms” [asking Him ‘to cooperate with him’]
reasons :
– in previous version we had #2 swapped for #3 because of “the sequence of importance” ,
but now Eve has shown up , the place of this #2 (“the Other Reality”) must have been #1 ;
– or we get the other two also wrong
since there was never “a temple” nor “worldly kingdoms” but He was taken where ADAM is ;
#2
[= KJV trial #1 :]
(KJV 3) “…. If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.”
3
you=I (will) say=give [+you] – [..] [+their] this=heavenly (houtos=ouranos) – stone (-tablet)
b
that – was – [+their] bread=birth right (artos=prôtotokia) , [Adam stole it !]
c
(as long-) (as) (the-) sons of – God (‘144 !’) – (will) if=nót – come into being ;
answer :
(KJV 4) “…..It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.”
perhaps ,
“it is written that they will obtain the bread=birthright when they live=understand the words of God” (?)
reasons :
– Adam knew exáctly who He was ! and it costs ús precious words ;
– he knew that he would die the very moment the sons come into being ,
– he himself tóok the sceptre ,
– perhaps he bargained like “if you have the sceptre now , not móre Originals will be killed” !
so that Christ had to weigh ‘either many more millions’ or not !
#3
(KJV 9-10-11) “And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple,
and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence :
For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee :
And in [their] hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.”
9
and – he brings – him – to – (the-) jerusalem=south (-sea) (?) (ierousalém=mesêmbria !)
b
and=where – [+he] stands=constrains (?) (histémi=synechô) +
c
[..] – [..] – [..] [+their] wing=mother – [..] temple=Eve (hieros=heya) , [2-Tier]
d
and – says – (to-) Him :
e
you=I (will) cast=release [+her] – (to-) you – from that (dimensional-) side – down (-there) ,
f
(as long-) (as) (the-) sons of – God (‘144 !’) – (will) if=nót – come into being ;
10
because – it=she (will) written=hear (graphó=akouô) – [..] +
b
the – angels=words (aggelos=logos) of – him=God (autos=theos)
c
(when-) it=they (will have) command=understood – (from-) (the-) about=scroll (per-i=biblion)
d
you=that (sou=hoti) – [+they] the=must (tou=dei) – protect=find – you=her ;
11
and=but – that=then – on=the – (eden-) hands=life (chEirOn=zOE) of [+her]
b
[+she] (will) [+no] (-longer) (make) to lifting=ascend (‘close !’) – (to-) you=me ,
c
[=and] – (the-) stone=nations (-of demons) (lithos=ethnos) – (will) strike (!) – to=me
d
the=and – foot=kill (pADO=DiAcheirizÔ) – you=me ;
answer :
(KJV 12) “…..said unto him : It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”
probably ,
“says to him : because [=you] have said : [..] you=I will tempt=be lord=like God [..]“ .
reasons :
– somehow this version makes very much sense if you remember the kryptonite ,
– now #2 and #3 follow eachother logically with as theme “so that not the sons come into being” ,
– his death is indeed the punishment said in prophets for ‘wanting to be like God’ ! ,
conclusion : the best version [-so far] and seamlessly running into Mk.7 (-page) now !

fulltext is in progress
please see restored text
… we started this one with a healthy dose of reverence ofcourse since we do not search
to tear down ‘things held sacred’ , but knowing that these specific themes were meant
for us we háve to understand them for our life depends on it ; therefore please let’s see
WHAT this section was about , okay , starting with the two main points :
A) the REAL ‘test’ for Christ was ‘the crucifixion’ — not this !
… as the absolute main point :
the “let this cup pass” was so intense that this must be related to another theme
[with ‘real test’ we do not take into account what happened with Him in Mystery-Babylon] ;
B) who is ‘the adversary’ here ?
… though it writes ‘the adversary’ and ‘Satan’ here the real subject is ‘Adam’ ;
in all of the scroll the adversary ‘Satan’ plays but a relative minor part , described as the snake
in the garden and as ‘Gog’ (-whatever that wrote) attacking Heaven and later restored Eden
with his insane armies , yet the scroll is full of the insider Adam who became an adversary ;
this is not the place for a discourse how “our former captain Adam came to fall
and now that role will be taken up by Christ” ; please see relevant chapters in index ;
… first off , since it is not about ‘Satan’ ,
the theme was not about “Christ having to prove that he was the Son of God” ,
but – and you could expect that – the core theme must have been “who will rule , eventually”,
Adam or Christ ; and we tried to approach the context in this light , remembering that the key
theme concerning that rule is ‘the eden sceptre’, right , causing a surprise :
… we saw how Weeks became related to ‘testing’ and ‘trusting’ , just as described here ;
ofcourse Esau cut off any contextual embedding of this section but the context shows ‘Weeks’ ,
while the continuation of this section in the KJV itself must have been “Herod beheading John”
but as the corrupted version of “the sons discovering the sceptre in the scroll” : line 12 suggests
that indéed this was the next theme before Esau cut that off abruptly ,
yet originally she was “the practical workout (-for the sons) of THIS Adam vs Christ theme !
second ,
in the first “test” in this chapter , His answer to Adam links back to Deut.8:3 which was said to
1300 BC Ishral after they was tested in the desert because of what had occurred at Horeb ,
so that the very response He gave confirms the ‘Weeks’ theme ;
40 or 30 days ?
in these days this is of particular interest for us , and some time indication must have been
given right at the start since Esau wrote ’40’ — but is ’40’ logical ?
though ’40’ indeed appears to be a timeframe linked to ‘suffering and testing’ the question ofcourse
is whether it was applied here as well ; and though from the other three chapters we derived a more
general timeframe of ‘one month’ , it’s unclear whether 30 or 40 days were intended …
… in attempting a restored version we need be aware that up to this point Adam knew exactly
what danger Christ posed to him and we almost ‘need to think like him’ (Adam) in order to can
rephrase what the themes in the text must have been ;
in our opinion , Adam had but one possibility still : that Christ would cooperate with him ,
since he knew very well that his destiny was death because God had declared this in the scroll ;
(1-2)
a 40 (-or 30) days of testing :
… we opted that ‘Weeks’ MUST appear somewhere in these lines —
to say (in 2) “one month + as 30 days” would be overdone even as repeat confirmation ,
yet “40 (or 30) days since the feast of Weeks” DOES run properly ;
line 1 is a guess but only because we don’t trust additions as the “(led by-) the Spirit”,
(3-4)
‘the stone to bread’ : [first test]
… we left it like that , though appearing ‘simple’ compared with the next two —
because first we would need some general introduction concerning the main subject
[linking back to ‘Weeks’ , see above , and presenting ‘the stone (-tablet)’ theme already] ;
(8-10)
‘the cooperating with Adam’ : [second – but w/ swapped]
… we interpreted that the scene now moves ‘to the other Reality’
and Christ is taken by Adam to his (matrix-) gate Damascus ;
His response seems genuine (=a genuine quote) , here from Deut.6 and also referring to
the 1300 BC people Ishral ;
(5-7+11)
‘Adam offers Christ the eden sceptre’ : [third test]
… the “jumping from the Temple” ofcourse made no Sense whatsoever —
suspicious here were “the stone” and “the holy + city” as corrupted 2-Tier ;
we interpreted this one as “Adam knéw that Christ wanted the sceptre” and would rather
give it to Him now to prevent that He would take it in the endtime and Adam would die ;
b)
because of the personal setting we assumed that He addressed Adam literally here
(12)
botched continuation about “the sons presenting the sceptre” , see intro above ;
Matthew 4 (-section)
1
then – [..] Jesus – (was) led – into – the – desert
b
(for the-) by=next (hupo=) – [..] spirit=month (pneumatos=mên) , [‘in general next month’]
c

(and-) and=because – he (was) fasting
b
[+these] forty (‘thirty’ ?) – days – and=since – (the-) nights=feast of – forty=Weeks ,
c
afterward=therefore – he (became) hungry ;

d

b
it (is) written : man – (shall) not – live – by – bread – alone ,
c
but – by – all – (the-) words – (that-) – [=the] – mouth of – God – (has) [=spoken] ;
note :
… the Deut.8:3 line — said to 1200 BC Ishral when they was tried in the desert
after they had rejected God at mt Horeb (-at Weeks) ;
b)
so this “first test” (also-) serves for us to understand what is the theme about ;
part II
[now in the other Reality !]
[2nd is 3d in KJV :]

again=then – the – adversary (‘Adam’) +

all of – this – I (will) give – you
c
if – [+you] (are) falling=willing – to worship=cooperate (proskynêsês=synergeô) – (with-) me ;
10
[=but] – [..] Jesus – says – (to-) him :

c
[..] it (is) written :
worship=fear (‘revere’) – (the-) Lord – [..] your – God , and – serve – him – only ;

b
unto – the – sacred – city=people (polis=dêmos) (‘the Originals , in Mystery-Babylon’) ,
c
[this can only have been swapped since it refuses to run :]
–
and – the – wing=sceptre (‘no match’) of – [..] temple=Eden (hieroN=edeN) + [‘birth right’]
d
(which-) [+he] standing=took away – (from-) on=them ;
6
and – he says – (to-) Him :
b
you are – (a-) son of – [..] God – if=like (ei=isos) [+me] :
c
cast=take back – (for-) yourself – (the-) sceptre ,
d
because – it (is) written :
e
that=when – the – angels=sons (aggelos=yhios) of – you=Ishral (‘144’) +
f
(will have) command=discovered – about=him (‘sceptre’) +
g
[must have been swapped + we need main subject :] [g : which Adam corrupted !]
–
on=in – (the-) hands=scroll (cheirON=bibliON) of – you=God (sou=theos) [..] ,
h
they=he (will) lift=judge – you=me – (in-) (the-) no=day (?) (mê=hemera) +
i
when (‘that’) – you (will) dash=return – (to-) toward=them +
j
(with-) (the-) stone (-tablet) – [..] (in-) your – foot=hand ;
7
(but-) [..] Jesus – says – (to-) him :
b
again=no ,
10 b
(for-) you (will) go away=die (HuPAge=APotHnêskô) , satan=Adam ,
7 c
(because-) – it (is) written :
d
not=surely – [..] God – [..] – (will make) – lord=Adam – to tempt=fall down (KJV 9) ;
11
then – the – adversary (‘Adam’) – leaves – Him (-to be) .
b
“… and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.” [<< unsure]
next section :
very probably “John beheaded in prison”
[Esau’s corrupted lines about “the Eden sceptre found by the sons”]
(KJV) 12 :
“Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee;”
but
Esau immediately cut-off this theme and started another corruption
