        … the context  of this mysterious chapter was difficult to establish   —
        what are “the seven heads” ? and why “one of them was wounded to death” ?
        who did that – Christ ? and why “it healed – and the population worshipped it” ?
        wasn’t the whole point that the Beast , the evil region , is concealed  for them ?
        starting the breakdown ,
        it’s inevitable that the seven heads *must* somehow link to ‘the seven seals‘ 
        [and to ‘the seven churches’] but what was the line of thought here ?
 
        part I : the ‘kidnapped’ Seven Torches :
        … these are described as standing in the restored Throne room in chapter 4 ,
        yet here the text turns back to the situation befóre the restoration ,
        and though they are not mentioned here it’s the only “seven” we got ;
        please see the supporting page for this chapter for more about the Seven Torches
        but in short they are “seven female (eden-) Spirits maintaining creation by… singing” 
        [which is an expression for “words to create with”] as maintaining seven major type
        aspects of creation ; but because they were kidnapped by the evil realm , 
        the “energy” which they produce may be described as “the seven heads” here :

       … so our interpretation of the concept is ,
       the words of the Seven Torches are changed by the evil realm  [because they cannot 
       use eden-words ofcourse since that is Lethal for them] which is attested in the Spells ,
       so that there is  a link now between ‘seven’ , ‘changed words’ , ‘eden’ and ‘the scroll’ 
       and please read the attempt to restored text in this light ;
       
       the Ptolemy II connection :
       very intriguing is the conclusion in line 4 “that the many believers who hold on to the KJV
       are supporting the Beast itself”  which comes *very* close to the concept (see that page)
       of “the KJV creating a False Light that feeds their evil realm” !

for his corruption éarlier in the text ; and wouldn’t it typically be Christ’s forwardedness
