we tried to find clues in the text about “which one” must be declared to return ,
and a remained hint must be “second (-time)” (in 28c KJV) :
that word must have been originally in 28 b — yet Esau must have moved it ,
shown by the (-now) weird idea that “souls meet their Originals the second time” ;

timing of their return :
… we saw that “the Originals return together with the heavenly Ark”,
and then it was said “that they wait for us” – so they are ‘first’
(but it’s unclear ‘when’ – when this sun will go dark ?) ;

that the first workable lines , as possible theme , appear only in 14 and 15 , sic ;

looking at previous chapter 10 (=though also corrupted , still) ,
it shows themes there as Christ’s journey to this earth , and about the endtimes ;
mentioning – but paraphrased –
that “the ones living in the endtime having bold belief will receive the promise” ,
and
that “their soul will live”  — while in this 11 the promise is ‘the promised eden land’ ;

• part I     : describing how the eden land in the other reality fell ,
  and how Adam is not dead : but he went working for the other side ,
  robbing the things of the eden land by them having entrance to her ,
  so that God had to put an end that impossible situation ;

the garbled Greek syntax :
.. like in Hebrew , depending whether the subject is active or passive ,
a line can be written forward , like “the woman said : I will give to you (etc)”,
while in serving role the text would be ,
“to them she-gave the woman (etc)” , for ús reading like “the woman gave to them (etc)” ;
as the solid type syntax in – for example – Paul’s letters to the Corinthians ;
yet
the Bizarre of this chapter is that also óur (‘modern’) type reading appears
as the direct “the woman gave to them (etc)”)  —     which is virtually impossible ! 
How can our type syntax as “our modern style language” be part of the text ?
worse :
both ‘styles’ are mingled within this chapter – and even within the same lines
(making it very tricky to see “who does whát” in the text) ,
yet it are the deeply corrupted sections which are written in our modern style !!

 
‘Hebrews’ as disputed book :
… the early Roman church did not accept it – and neither did Luther ,
but the version was only taken up in the first KJV
(see how late in Time ?
and how a non-Greek would have lined-up the original syntax in his own modern style ..?) ;
Luther rejected Hebrews
because he simply “did not trust the described themes” (yet he neither trusted Revelation) ;
but he did not see that – specifically Paul – had a message BEYOND what Christ had done ,
namely ‘to point to the other Reality’ ;
supposed ‘gnostic elements’
… this was the main reason the book Hebrews was not accepted in the canons ,
and – as far we see – even the reason of the rift between Paul and Peter :
Peter belonged to the house Judah , and was inclined to return to the prophets
(as the time when God still spoke) ,
while Paul , from the house Ishral , looked forward to “the return to (and of-) eden”,
saying in Corinthians “that he saw more than the other apostles – by God’s grace”,
referring ofcourse to the things he was shown concerning eden ;

 
conclusion
… these chapters are definitely Paulinian – if not by Paul himself :
the themes , the careful interlocking of the different sections ,
the almost – and rightful – obséssion to get the same important message across ;

but we agree that , hadn’t we understood the main theme in prophets ,
it would have been impossible to make Sense of this chapter :
only by knowing what to look for , the context of this chapter is 100% restored
