Lev.2 : the réason of Unleavened :
‘the gift’ as the wafer on the altar-fire
will be ‘the restored scroll that will
purify the strange fire’ in our days
[and hopefully at 4/28]

[version ; 2024-01jan.14-20]

                                                                                                 theme

        … this chapter – directions for offering the unleavened wafers – is surprisingly difficult :
        though we already knew that ‘unleavened’ relates to “the restored scroll theme”, right ,
        because of the “leaven of the Pharisees” – where ‘leaven’ represents “a mixture” (KJV) ,
        the problem is “that Unleavened is nowhere properly explained”
        and worse , the entire theme like vánishes from the whole scroll after these chapters —

        the ‘Word + (false-) fire’ theme
        becáuse unleavened bread refers to “the unadulterated word” and the altar fire here
        this must be about “the strange-fire problem being resolved by the restored scroll”
        yet in old-Ishral symbolized by this offering – until in the latter days the sons would
        offer their gift as the literal restored scroll ,
        implying that God will appear when the strange-fire theme will be resolved :
        hence this chapter refers to “his covenant” and in part II shows the realization of that ;
                a different type sacrifice :
                the other sacrifices – usually of animals – were because of personal wrongs :
               the “sin offering” (ch.1) was “because of having this body”, or the guilt-offering
               which was about “committing sins which one could not knów that they were” ;
                but this type offering is “a gift” as a repetition until the days of the end ;

        the ‘writing with oil’ (but no ‘frankincense’) :
        … this was tricky : though we can accept that frankincense was sprinkled over the
        twelve shewbreads (Lev.24:7) , it must have been far too expensive for the massive
        use in this offering — while the used (word-) root is very suspect here ;
        so that got us pondering : if the theme is ‘the word’ then WHAT would the priest do ?
        and the answer likely is “to write upon the bread” !
        as “the act of writing” since we wouldn’t know ‘what word then’ , akin to how he would
        dip his finger in blood to sprinkle the altar with (-in another chapter) , but very much
        like God wrote the tablets of the covenant !

        difference between the people and the sons :
        … because of the buildup we opted that part I was “for the people in general”
        and how they could bring their gift “any day of the year” so to speak — but in their case
        the wafer would not ‘be written upon’ with oil , but just “anointed with it” ;
        where “the 7th (main-) day of Unleavened was only for the firstborns of the sons” :
        it’s a bit dangerous to pose this but we MUST keep the connection with the scroll ,
        while it makes Sense that the priest did write on their gift , no ?

line 14 ‘Abib’ :
… we can’t know if the word was original but she is important to us :
perhaps Esau “saw a date” and subconsciously changed it into ‘abib’ as his term for ‘the first month’ ;
but per the buildup it makes sense that the future event will happen on this feast ;
on purpose we kept the phrasing of 14 vague – but for us clear enough – as referring to you & we ,
following after 13 “returning the word” also used in prophets about this same theme ;

we hope , your Majesty , that we understood everything right here

corruptions : tricky because Esau hid the clues considered this unclear important theme
context  : hoping the theme is good now
fulltext : perhaps tomorrow

Leviticus 2

1
“And when any will offer a meat offering unto the LORD, his offering shall be [of] fine flour;
and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon:”
1
and (when-) [=someone] (lit.: ‘a soul’) – (will) bring near – an offering – (being-) a gift – to IEUE ,
b
[w/ swapped because needs speed up :]
he (will) be=provide – fine flour – (for-) a offering=flatbread ,
c
[w/ swapped :]
and – oil – (that will be-) pour=mingled – on=with her (‘flour’)       +

and – put=used – (for-) to frankincense=write (lBn=kthB) – upon [=it] (‘the cake’) ;

note :
a) the ‘frankincense’ makes absolutely NO sense — and only appears 3x , in same corrupt context ;
b) 1 needed to be sped up because of 2 , see next :

2
and he (will) bring [=them] – to the sons of – Aaron ,                                                                            [NO ‘(that are-) the priests’]
b
(and-) the·priests (=tampered) the priests (will) the=make (e=osh)       +
c
an extracts=unleavened (qMTS=MTSth) and=bread – from there=them ;
d
fullness=then – [+they] (will) fistful=anoint (qMts=Mshcha) – [..] the flour=wafer – [..] from=with oil     +
e
[w/ swapped :]
(but will) on=not (lo=al) – (by-) frankincense=writing (upon) her – all=with (-it) ;
f
and – the priest – (will) sacrifice (-by burning) – the memorial – the=upon the altar ,
g
[through-] the fire offering of – a sweet – aroma – unto IEUE ;

note :
… now it makes Sense : the memory (-of whatever it was) is now gone AND into an aroma ,

3
and remnant=afterwards (itsR=achR) – the gift – (will) from=be – for Aaron – and his sons ,                                [‘to eat’]
b
(for-) [+she] (will have) holiness=become – sacred         +                                                                       [3a : ‘for the sons of Levi’ ?]
c
[=through] (having been) the fire offering – (unto-) IEUE ;

note :
… because the priests had to live , as well ; and they couldn’t throw the baked wafer away (b-c) ;

                                                                                                       part I b

4
[w/ also swapped :]
and when – you (will) bring near – an (already-) offering=prepáred – gift – baked – (in-) the oven ,
b
[w/ swapped :]
(it will be-) an unleavened – [=bread] (CHLth=LCHm) of – flour – mingled – [=with] oil ,
c
[=as] – an unleavened – flatbread – [+not] anointed=sprinkled – [=with] oil ;       +

note :
… if the ‘writing’ indeed is the clue then it must not be sprinkled indeed ;
perhaps the “flatbread / wafer” was original to suggest the ‘writing theme’ ! ;

[next 5 : we trust nothing of “but if made in a pan” (even different as in KJV 7) because who cares ?
therefore it must be a corruption — and should be about the note on 4 :]
[next 5 : we trust nothing of “but if made in a pan” (even different as in KJV 7) because who cares ?
therefore it must be a corruption — and should be about the note on 4 :]
5
[but swapped because Esau had to follow his own line :]
and=because if=when – [+you] (will) offering=bring (‘same’)      +
b
[+your] gift – (as) the offering – the·pan (=tampered) the=to the priest ,
c
[+he] (will) mingled=anoint – the flour=wafer – (with-) oil ,       +
d
(so that-) she (will have) become – unleavened=lawful ;

[next 6-7 : belong together like 4-5 :]
6-7
“Thou shalt part it in pieces, and pour oil thereon: it [is] a meat offering.
And if thy oblation [be] a meat offering [baken] in the fryingpan, it shall be made [of] fine flour with oil.”
… here ,
both lines belong together [-for 7 is , like 5 , an “if” – so , a conclusion of 6 ;
but what can 7 have said [-concerning 6]  ?
6
(and-) [+you] (will) [+not] break off (?) (invalid root) – pieces – (from-) it
b
and=but [=it] (will) pour=remain – [..] oil=whole (?) (SHM=SHlM) – (for-) it (is) – a gift ;
7
[=because] if (!) – the gift – (has been) kettle=fragmented (?) ,       +
b
           [… 4x (some reason we’re unable to interpret + too corrupted) …]

note :
… whatever 7-b said , 6 sounds like “the king cutting up the scroll and burning her” in Jer.39 ,
which he did “in the ninth month in winter” – related to the fire theme ;
[and this must be the difficult theme of part II here …]

8
[needs to speed up + w/ swapped :]
and you (will) bring – the gift – to IEUE – which – [=you] (have) made – like this – to – the priest ,
b
and he (will) bring near=anoint her – and bring her – unto the altar ;                                                                           [fire theme]

9
and he=you (will) raise=remember (Rim=zkR) – the·priest (=tampered) [+my] covenant (‘no match’)
b
from=through – [+your] gift – ath=as – the memorial                                                                                           [a : compare part II]
c
and=when he (will) offer the sacrifice – the·altar·ward (=tampered) the=upon the altar ,
d
(as-) the fire offering – (for) a sweet – savour – unto IEUE ;

10
and remnant=afterwards (itsR=achR) – the gift – (will) from=be – for Aaron – and his sons ,                              [‘alike 3’]
b
(for-) [+she] (will have) holiness=become – sacred         +
c
[=through] (having been) the fire offering – (unto-) IEUE ;

                                                                                                    part II
                                      (now per the fire-theme context ‘a difference with the sons’)
11
“No meat offering, which ye shall bring unto the LORD, shall be made with leaven:
for ye shall burn no leaven, nor any honey, in any offering of the LORD made by fire.”
11
[w/ swapped 1x :]
every=any – gift=day (Mnche=iuM) – you (can) bring near=offer – [+your] which=gift     +
b
(that is-) not – made of – leaven – to IEUE ,
c
that=but – any=on – the honey=seventh (dBSH=SHBa) – [..] any=day of      +
d
the yeast=feast (-of unleavened) (shr=chq)      +
e
[w/ swapped :]
not=only – the from=firstborn óf – the from=sons of – fire offering=Ishral (ashe=ishrl)         +
f
(shall) offer up the burnt sacrifice – unto IEUE ;

12
(because-) you=they (will) offer – the firstfruits=main (RSHth=RSH) – offering – unto IEUE
b
and=as [..] – the·altar (=tampered) the memorial (?) (mZbch=aZkrth)
c
not=which – [=they] (will make) to ascend – for a sweet – savour ;

13
(for-) and=upon – the offered – gift=unleavened (-bread) (Mnche=Mtse) of – each
b
(will) in=be the salt=writing of (‘by’) – the salting=priest ,                                                                                                [2x no match]
c
and=so that – you (will) not – cease=forget – the salt=words of – the covenant of – your deity      +
d
from=by (-means of) (?) [..] – your gift ;
e
on=as – [..] – your offering – (that will) bring near=return (‘close’) (qrB=shB) – [+my] salt=word [+to me] ;

14
“And if thou offer a meat offering of thy firstfruits unto the LORD, thou shalt offer for the meat offering
of thy firstfruits green ears of corn dried by the fire, [even] corn beaten out of full ears.”
… impossible :
(a) and·if you-are-bringing-near present-offering-of firstfruits to·ieue
(b) pollinated-ears [=abib] being-toasted in·the·fire groats-of crop you-shall-bring-near
(b) present-offering-of firstfruits-of·you
… you see that the syntax is cripple apart from the weird word (-roots) ;
a) the 7033 (-qalah) ‘to roast’ is too unusual … from ‘to curse’ root ? or “the end” ?
b) the (-bkr) ‘firstborn’ can be ‘word’ (-dbr) ‘covenant’ (-brth) even ‘blessing’ (-brk) .. impossible ..
c) though very tempting to interpret this ‘about the future’ ,
      the other type sacrifices do not allow that (-interpretation) , so neither here ;
      however – those are b/c of “personal sin” while this is about the cóvenant ;
d) was the ‘abib’ a corruption of ‘the first month’ as in Ex.13 ? but simpler is ‘this day’ ;
e) if 13 was about “returning my word”
      and 15 likely the conclusion “therefore the priest will write upon it” – then what was the theme here ?
f) would it refer back to the sin of having made that statue (Ex.32) ?
      since the other type offerings also include the sin factor ?
g) line 15 needs a starting subject : ‘the priest’ ? for 15 ‘the·priest’ can be corrupt there ;
14
and=so that […] – the gift – (as-) the offering – (will be) firstfruits=blessed (Hag.2 !) (bkr=brk) – [=by] IEUE
b
(in-) [+this] (month of-) Abib (or: ‘this day’) – (in-) the toasted=latter (Qlh=Qts) – [..] fire=years (eSH=SHn)
c
(when-) [+I] (will) beaten=realize (?) (grSH=oSH) – [+my] crop land=covenant (kRml=bRth)
d
(through-) the offered – gift – (by-) the firstfruits (‘firstborn’) (‘now as the 144’) ;

15
and=therefore – the on=priest – (will) oil=anoint (shm=mshcha) – her
b
and=by put=writing – upon her – (with-) frankincense=oil (?) – (as-) gift=returning – [+my] she=word ;

16
and he (will) offer the sacrifice – the·priest the=upon the priest=altar      +                                                               [fire theme]
b
ath=as the memorial – from=that [+I] (will) beaten=act (-to realize the covenant ; 14-c) ,
c
[w/ swapped :]

d
(as-) the fire offering – to IEUE .
