and really we can have much hope that in 2,5 months [+something] our waiting
will finally be over — also see the “coming out of their graves” in intro 
     — said renovation still is unclear , perhaps starting this week ;
     whatever happens please don’t give up and keep pleading for us all ,
     enjoy the chapter since it was meant for you right now
